Antitrust and Consumer Law Institute

This Institute will explore the current landscape of consumer protection enforcement on the federal and state level. Representatives from the Federal Trade Commission will speak on enforcement trends and priorities under the current administration, along with antitrust in the sports industry and an analysis of agency merger challenges.

The Institute is designed for all attorneys who work with the trade regulation community, including business competition and consumer protection under national, international, state and District of Columbia law.
